Description: Chevron and color blocking is one of our favorites this season! The  "Good Feeling" Chevron Sweater in Rust/Ivory is silky soft to the touch, lightweight and keeps you warm! We love the rust colored chevron on the top half of this sweater and the mock ribbed neckline. The silhouette to this sweater is super flattering and has great length to it as well! Long sleeves with ribbed cuffs. Stripes continue on back of sleeves. We love how soft and cozy this sweater is!

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES / WAREHOUSE PICK-UPS

We get it, things don't always fit the way we want them to, but we are here to help!
We offer Store Credit for returns. We do not issue refunds. Store Credit never expires. 
Please reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or view the size guides at the bottom of each product page.
Please carefully review our Return and Exchange Policy and Instructions below before sending your item back.

RETURNS
• All Accessories (bralettes, bodysuits, hats, bags, scarves, jewelry) and Sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
• All items ending in $.99 are final sale items.
• Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit for the original purchase price.
• The term "Final Sale or Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returns must be received within 14 days of the date you received your order.
• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
• Shoes must be in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping box.
• All Black Friday or Cyber Monday orders are final sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange. No Exceptions.
• All items purchased using a 30% off discount code or higher are final sale.  • Please include the return/exchange slip in your package otherwise we will not be able to issue you a store credit for the items.

EXCHANGES
Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size. Be aware that our items often sell out very quickly!
• Sale items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned.
• Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date you received your order.
• The item you are returning must meet all the return guidelines above.
• Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item prior to returning your item as we cannot guarantee the new item will still be available if a purchase is not made.

• Please include the return/exchange slip in your package otherwise we will not be able to issue you a store credit for the items.

SHIPPING BACK YOUR ORDER

While we provide free shipping over $100, we do not provide free return shipping. The price to ship back your order is at your own expense..

• We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.

• All returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP
Online orders may be picked up from our shipping warehouse Monday-Friday 11am-5pm or Sunday 9am-12pm. Pick-Up orders are usually ready to be picked up within 24 hours. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email stating your order is ready for pick up, to schedule a pick up time and with the full address to our warehouse. Warehouse pick-up location: Owings Mills, MD

Please note: Customers have 60 days to pick up their order. After 60 days you will receive a follow up email reminding you to pick up your order. After 90 days, your order will be processed as a return for online store credit.

Something wrong with your purchase?

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
• If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at info@shoparrowclothing.com so we may address the issue.
• We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
• We inspect every single item to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.

We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
